                     You are hereby informed that your above referred tender read with subsequent letters mentioned above for the stores specified in the Schedules annexed has been accepted. This Rate Contract will be governed by the terms and conditions brought out in the form no. DGS&D-1001. The Rate Contract and the Schedules annexed hereto shall be the sole repository of this RATE CONTRACT / TRANSACTION.

Horizontal Cylindrical high speed steam sterilizer pressure type

BIS marked, High speed horizontal cylinderical steam sterilizers pressure type of size 400 mm dia x 600 mm length designed to operate on steam from stem generator as per IS: 3829 (Part 2)/1978 (reaffirmed 2001) with amendment Nos 1 to 4 and shall be fitted with only silicon rubber door gasket (expansion type). The steam generator shall be electrically heated by immersion heaters having mineral filled sheathed heating elements conforming to IS:4159/2002 duly BIS marked and complying with safety requirements as per IS:302-2-2001 (1992). The immersion heaters shall be wired for operation on 3 phase 4 wire 400/440 V, 50 Hz, AC supply and electric load for the unit shall be 18 KW.

Air shall be removed from the sterilization chamber after loading the sterilizer by one or more pressure/vaccum pulsing for proper steam penetration either manually or automatically through the automatic control system.

Horizontal Cylindrical steam sterilizer pressure type for hospital and pharmaceutical use

 

BIS marked pressure type steam sterilizers of horizontal cylinderical type. The steam sterilizer shall conform to IS:3829 (Part 1)/1999 and shall be fitted with only silicon rubber door gasket (expansion type). The sterilzer shall have single door. The immersion heater used for electric heating shall be BIS marked and shall conform to to IS:4159/2002 and complying with safety requirements as per IS:302-2-201(1992).  The immersion Heater shall have mineral filled sheathed heating elements and shall BIS marked conforming to:IS:4159/2002 and complying with safety requirements as per IS:302-2-201(1992).The immersion heater shall be wired for operation on 3 Phase, 4 Wire,400/440V A.C Supply.

Vertical Cylindrical type steam sterilizers pressure type

 

BIS marked pressure type steam sterilizers of vertical cylinderical type with built in steam generator.
