from DGS&D sales counters on payment
of Rs.50/-. The Rate Contract and the

drawing funds from Consolidated Fund of
India.
b) The expenditure involved
for the purchase has received the sanction of the competent authority
. c) The funds are available under the proper head
in the sanctioned budget allotment for
the year……..
They have been fully
authorised by the department concerned to sign the supply order and incur the
liability in respect of the stores being ordered.
You are, therefore, informed
that the certificate as per above requirement may be obtained from the DDO before entertaining any supply
order
