            You are hereby informed that your above referred tender read which subsequent letters mentioned above for the stores specified in the schedules annexed has been accepted.  This rate contract will be governed by the terms and conditions brought out in the Form No.DGS&D-1001 amended upto date (available from DGS&D Sale Counters on payment of Rs.50/-).  The Rate Contract and the Schedules annexed hereto shall be the sole repository of the Rate Contract Transaction.

 

2.         All the R/C particulars including prices in respect of individual R/C are available on DGS&D website which can be accessed by all.  The access code of DGS&D website is http://commin.nic.in/dgsnd and DGS&D E-mail No. is “me@dgsd.delhi.nic.in”.

 

3.         You are also requested to indicate the computerized R/Cs no. as given in the R/C documents in the bill claimed by you.
