6. Terms of Delivery : F.O.R. Kanpur, freight upto destination by

Road/Rly. (at firms option only) shall be

born solely by the firm.

7. Excise Duty : No Excise duty shall be charged under

notification No.30/2004. Any statutory variation/new levy after opening tender or during currency of RC shall be on buyers account.

8. Sales Tax : Not applicable at present.

9. Delivery period : Delivery will commence after 30/45 days of

receipt of formal order complete in all

respects & approval of any Advance Sample

if desired by DDO/Consignee/Inspection

authority/firm in HAND and shall be

completed within 3 / 4 months or 50,000

mtrs per month (whichever is later)

thereafter or earlier subject to DGS&D F.M. clause. The delivery period must be refixed after receipt of approval of advance sample in hand. The refixed delivery period shall be as per the delivery period mentioned earlier which shall be calculated from the date of receipt of delivery refixation amendment letter in hand. The D.D.O. must confirm the delivery schedule from the firm before placement of any formal order.
