W.e.f 01.10.2008, all Supply Order(s) against Rate Contract must be placed by Direct Demanding Officer(S) online only except items mentioned in DGS&D letter dated 22.8.2008 and circular no. 6 dated 05.09.08 available on Indentor's Page and vendor's Page of DGS&D website. Supply Order in any other form shall not be valid and shall not be acted upon by the contractor or any other concerned agencies.
